The same pattern played out at every firm we worked with: buy a client portal, the client can't log in, the bookkeeper ends up chasing documents over email anyway.
So we built the opposite. No client accounts. No passwords. One link, one checklist, one outcome.
2.How we run
ClearBinder runs on the same infrastructure as the SaaS tools you already trust:
- Hosting: DigitalOcean (US data centers)
- Database: PostgreSQL with encryption at rest
- Payments: Stripe
- Email delivery: Resend
- Error monitoring: Sentry
We're a small team. That's intentional — it's why ClearBinder costs $29 a month instead of $800 a year. The infrastructure is enterprise. The price is fair.
